"I purchased a Canon SX30 IS from One Call through Buy.com before Christmas. It was a gift for my wife. Unfortunately, the camera has some shortcomings along with some nice features. Anyway, I decided to send it back on January 17th so I called One Call expecting to be told that it was too late to return it.
Much to my surprise, I spoke with a sweet young lady named Paige, whom immediately gave me an RMA so that I could return it.
This is my second purchase from One Call. The first was a Mitsubishi 73" DLP TV in 2009. Great, right-to-the-door service!!

"I was hoping when I purchased the Digital Antenna, that it would work in my home. As it turned out, we are more than 25 miles away from the broadcast station and also live on a hill. We didn't learn of that information until I opened the box and found it in the instructions. We hooked it up and could not recieve any channels.
I would like to say, the order came within 2 days of my phone order and when I called for information to return it, the person I talked to was very helpful.
I will be sending the package back tomorrow, Jan 18. I would purchase through OneCall again, if and when I need any other products."

She spoke to the represetative and he said that gift giving is not possible at onecall. A long story short the onecall turned into many calls.
