"Ordered a 50" Panasonic Plasma TV from OneCall.com. My whole buying experience was excellent. I had no issues ordering or with the shipping. The item came in good condition with no visible damage to the TV. I even called them back to order an extended warranty which I forgot to get when I initially placed my order. I would definitely buy from them again."

"I order a Sony DCR-SR82 60GB Hard Drive Camcorder, which was never delivered. I used Google Checkout, and OneCall claimed that the product was sold out while Google Checkout submitted the order to OneCall. The did not offer any alternative product, and insisted that they did not make any mistake. I personally assume that the product was never in stock, and that they used misleading advertisement to lure customers.

Don't buy from them!

"Horrible customer service. Shipped me a defective LCD tv and would not take it back until I waited for Samsung tech's to verify it could not be repaired. In the case that it could be repaired, I would have to be stuck with a tv that may or may not break again. For tv's, look elsewhere. "

"I AM A CONTROLLER FOR A MAJOR TRUCKING BROKERAGE FIRM IN FLORIDA. I WANT TO SAY THAT THE STORE ATTRACTED ME, BUT THE SERVICE IS WHAT WILL KEEP ME COMING BACK. "Faster than I ever expected...ordered with 3-day shipping on 12/6, received early morning today, 12/10. Contents arrived in mint condition, camera (Panasonic Lumix FZ-18) takes beautiful pics!

The bundle deal saved me roughly $65, and it was handy to have it all shipped in one box (vs. shopping around at other dealers for each component).

OneCall offers a better warranty than some of the other online dealers I checked, which was very important to me.

I am very satisfied so far!

ONECALL should be called NO-CALL.
I ordered some vital parts for one of my projects in Southern Ca. and figured that they were at least on the West Coast (rather than 4electronicwarehouse.com , my previous supplier, that's in Illinois), so that might save some precious shipping time. I needed these things fast.
The website quoted about the same price as them, and said they were in stock, so I called. Their recorded hype talked about how fast and accurate they were, and how much they cared for their customers. Man, that was HYPER-hype!
I'd ordered it before their daily cut-off time for shipping, so had it sent by 2nd-day air, as it was much cheaper than overnight. It should have arrived by Thursday, well in time for my installation deadline.

Well, Thursday passed with no delivery, so I was anxious to get it on Friday. FRIDAY AFTERNOON, some bored customer disservice guy calls me to inform me that "there's been a delay in your order - we only have 3 of them in stock."

OK. The website was wrong about their stock numbers. That happens sometimes. Fine.
But they (1) didn't process the order until Wednesday, even though I was well before the cut-off time on Tuesday, and (2) TOOK UNTIL FRIDAY TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THIS!
When I practically screamed at the guy, he gave me the canned apology, as if he'd heard such rants a hundred times before. Well, he probably had.
If monoprice, 4electronicwarehouse, and newegg can actually process their orders on time, ship on time and call their customers instantly... why can't these guys?

Avoid like the Black Death of 1347 A.D.
Trust me, there's LOTS better places to deal with.

"My recent purchase experience was excellent. Since I had not heard of onecall.com, I called them, and talked directly to a salesman (Chris). He was friendly and helpful. I placed my order via phone, and received the absolute lowest price of any site or brick-n-m store. Free shipping was easy to track, and the camera arived as expected, when expected. I had an opportunity to find out how incredibly good OneCall’s customer service is. I ordered a $3300.00 LCD TV, and it arrived damaged. They immediately sent me another one. They were very considerate and professional. The replacement TV arrived in a week, in perfect condition. A less reputable retailer, other than OneCall, could have given me a difficult time, or refused to replace the TV. Any retailer will occasionally have a problem with a damaged product. OneCall handled it perfectly.

"I was extremely satisfied with this company. Not only did they have the plasma TV I wanted for $1000 less than the big box stores, but they also had SUPERB customer service and FREE SHIPPING. At the time they were running a special where you got 10% audio equipment with the purchase of an HDTV. I took advantage of this but found out that my Velodyne subwoofer was not eligible because of Velodyne's strict price control. Before I could even say anything the rep offered to take what would be the discount on the sub and take it off of the wall mount I was buying, so I still got the $80 off! Never was I asked to purchase accessories or anything else.

To top it off, the rep gave me free 2-day shipping on all the rest of my gear. Everything arrived flawlessly and on time, then a week later my salesman called me to check in and make sure everything was ok. I'll definitely buy from them again!

"I had heard horror stories of the online sales these days. I purchased my last two big ticket cameras online and was very anxious to have the new Fuji S8000fd camera. It was not available anywhere in town, so it was looking very good on line.
Onecall had it for a very reasonable $60 or so less than the $399 MSRP.
So I did my research.
It is on the west coast and apparently registered with its own BBB of Washington State. The complaints and resolutions seemed like a company trying hard to do a good job. They were REAL.
I ordered online Sunday night with the free shipping and said it would arrive by Thursday. At 1:30 PM Wednesday I had it in my hand.
I feel they were honest and no hassle. I got the exact merchandise I expected for a good price. Not an AMAZING price, but one that will have it in my hand weeks before the sales in the stores locally.
I heartily recommend them from this experience.

I have had it for a couple of weeks. I registered it online and have had a thoroughly good experience with the retailer. I have recommeded it to others. Price was GOOD, not unbelieveable and the free shipping saved even more. The camera is still hovering in reality at its $399 release price and when it is in all the stores, I will have had mine for a few months. It was a good experience all around.
