They even take the time to call you after you received the product to make sure you are happy. "I placed my order for a very nice power conditioner at a great price, and used Paypal (since I prefer the security of using it). When I called yesterday to check on the status of my order, I was told that since I had used Paypal, there was a chance that they might run out of stock before it was processed. I was told that I should pay with a credit card to avoid this. This obviously upset me, since nowhere on their site does it state that orders are not reserved when using Paypal. Since I wasn't happy to find this out, I went ahead and cancelled my order. I then saw today that the money had been taken from my bank account, and it may take 3 or 4 days for it to be refunded. If they had just clearly stated their Paypal policy on their site, this could have been avoided. As it stands now, I am left with a less than positive impression about OneCall, and am without my $248 for several days. Oh well, live and learn I suppose..."

They were very knowledgeable and willing to help, and even referred me to a website where I could see ratings and comments about the company that tried to take me for a ride. "Later in the day after I placed my order for a Panasonic FZ50, the order went "on hold" with a note to call. My business mailing address was not on file with my credit card company. Called the credit card company to add the work address, checked my order, it was in process... but a few hours later, it was back to "on hold, please call..." The address still wasn't being verified with my credit card company. The customer service rep flagged my order to go through anyway, my camera shipped out on Friday and I received it the following Tuesday. All in all, the price still can't be beat (they sold out soon after), item was well packaged, and no funny business other than the address problem. OneCall is the only company I have had this issue with (Amazon & NewEgg never questioned my mailing address)."

I proceeded to place my order online... And despite the New Year holiday I received my Fz50, all the way on the other side of the continent, before the weeks end..
Simply put.. I ordered @ the best price at the time & I received what I ordered brand new & in perfect condition, in a timely manner, no fuss, no muss.
No bogus confirmation calls for the opportunity to get pitched for over-priced accessories, like some other, both reputable & not so reputable sellers choose to do & no delays in processing even on New Years Eve day... Can't argue with any of that & because of that, I won't hesitate to do biz with OneCall in the future & will recommend anyone else to also do the same.

"Great experience. It wasn't the very lowest price, but it was what I'd call the lowest "solid" price. What I mean by that is no worries about gray market stuff, heavy up-sale, combative customer service reps, etc. The packing was excellent with "Shockwatch" indicators on the box. Even the freight company they used had detailed tracking and delivered a day early. Really, really pleased."
"I decided to give OneCall a try based on all the positive reviews. I placed an order for a Panasonic DMC-FX07 late New Year's Eve. I received an email on the morning of January 2nd that my camera had shipped. Even with the New Year's holiday, I received my camera on January 4th. I'm very pleased by OneCall's professionalism and quick service. Not only that, they had an excellent price on the camera I wanted.

"Disappointed with customer service. I ordered Canon binoculars on 12/30, due to great "clearance" price, received e-mail from Onecall on 12/31 stating "Your order: N0365365 is in process and awaiting Ship-To validation." I responded within 1-hour of receiving e-mail,... a few days pass, and on 1/3 I check Onecall website and find my order status is "cancelled." On 1/3 I call Onecall, and learn that Onecall was able to verify my ship-to address but had sold all product in the meantime. Was told that they don't fill orders in order received, and they sold merchandise to other that ordered later than me. Seems to me a rotten way to treat customers. Also disappointed that they did not inform me via e-mail or tele that they cancelled order, rather they left me to log onto their website to find out. I find that this type of vendor behaviour is typical of internet sales, anonymity resulting in poor customer service on the net."
