"I placed on order for the Canon TX1. I placed the order based on the availibiy of the item as it showed in stock. Inventory magically went to back order once I placed the order and provided payment.
I called to cancel the order. The sales person was polite and provided the cancellation. He verified that several previously placed order also went to "back order".
One hour later the same salesman called back and stated they had a cancelled good order and asked if I still wanted the camera. I agreed and they shipped it immediately. Overall, the experience was good."

They did a call back with in 20 mins of me placing my order online stating it is their policy to call back first time customers. The product was shipped out within 2 hrs of me ordering it. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable about the product they are selling. They even did a courtesy call on the same day the product was delivered. They took the time to ask how i liked the product i ordered and to see if there was any damage done to it during shipping. That was something totally unexpected and much appreciated. Their promptness of them shipping the producted enabled me to get a day early as well. The customer service i got is a rarity now days. Keep up the work and you got a return customer."

"I was in the market for a Sony KDS-60A2020 SXRD tv. I performed my due diligence and went out and searched the web for the best deal. Having some prior experience with electronic purchases on-line, I knew that generally the "lowest" prices were from those shady New York based outfits (seriously, if you are reading this - avoid those shops like the plague. There is a valid reason they get such low scores). Imagine my suprise when I literally stumbled across onecall.com. At first, because of the low price, I was pretty sure it was a Brooklyn outfit,but after further research I found out they are based in Spokane, Washington! I then researched them here on the resellerratings site. Low price, high ratings? Ok, where's the hook, right?

I ordered the TV on Thursday night from the website. I checked the status on Friday and noticed the order was hold. Uh-oh, here comes the hard sell for cables, warranties, etc... NOPE! They just wanted to go over the process for receiving the tv from the shipper. They just want to make sure the CYA (cover yer a**) steps/forms were in place in case they needed to file a claim with the shipper in case of damage. No hard sell for anything else.
After ordering it on Friday, it shipped out Friday evening and I received it the next Wednesday. WOW (two businees days at $0.00 cost) - That's fast shipping. Of course I live in SoCal, so it's not like going across the country but still..
I know I sound like some sort of shill for this company, but I want to give credit where credit is due. The price was awesome, the service even better, and the shipping was the best of all. Remember, there will always be somebody cheaper, and if saving $50 (if the product is actually "in stock" after you decline their hard sell for accessories) is worth the hassle of dealing with those NY jerks, then go for it. I'd rather spend the little extra and not deal with headache. "
