"I just wanted to let everyone know that I had a very good experience when I bought my Panasonic PT-50LCX63. I was hesitant to make such a major purchase with a remote on-line store, but I couldn't pass up the price OneCall was offering, and the fact it didn’t violate Panasonic’s MAP warranty policy (many on-line stores void the Panasonic warranty because of their advertised pricing).
I placed the order, and shortly after received an e-mail to call customer service. I was expecting an "extended warranty hard sell" or "you need to buy these accessories", but was pleasantly surprised that they just wanted to explain how the TV would ship and what my responsibilities were in accepting it.
My order was held up for a few hours while my credit card company contacted me to verify that I really had made the purchase. From then on, I got to watch the shipment make its way across the country on the ABF (freight carrier) web site until it arrived in brand new perfect condition.
My only (minor) complaint is that the order status on the OneCall web site doesn't seem to be updated (I think this order still says "on credit hold"). OneCall seems to use either e-mail or phone to reflect status or contact you on issues (make sure you supply OneCall with your contact information...email/phones...otherwise my credit hold would have taken longer to get straightened out).
Whenever I did need to call in, the staff was always courteous and respectful.
I’m definitely adding OneCall to my short list of trusted on-line stores!

"You will have a good experience with onecall---until you have a defective item to return. Recently I bought a Nikon Nascar binocular which is defective---the focus ring is not even round! I called the customer service and the guy named "Mike" is so rude. Even before I explain the problem of the binocular, he asserted that since I opened it, I could not return it. Fortunately I read through their return policy and told him that defective items can be returned. Then he told me that I was looking for a reason to return it, so he would charge a 15% re-stock fee. Through all the conversation he would not even allow me to explain what is wrong with the binocular.
I had spent over $500 at Onecall and recommended this website to several. They have great price and speedy shipment. But I did not expect their customer service is so unprofessional. So be cautious of the possibility that you have to return some defective items. First they will tell you “no you cannot return it”. Then they will charge you a 15% restock fee anyway. I would not do business with them again, even though I had planned to spend another $1200 dollars on a Digital SLR at OneCall because of their good price.

"Ordered a 10d w/ 2 lenses, flash, storage and camera case. I got an onecall card, no interest/no payment for 12 months. Onecall had a little bit of trouble verifying my Mastercard w/ my bank (they thought it was an overseas bank, it is very local in upstate ny. They needed my card to verify my address). We ended up talking on the phone 3 times, everytime, very professional and understanding. They got the order out when i needed it to be and I recieved it when it was supposed to be here.
