"I placed a very large digital camera order, and it was shipped immediately. The stock status for all items was accurate.

The only "complaint" I have is that the order status on their website still does not indicate that the order shipped even though I received it already.

" Excellent online experience. This was my second order from them, the first being several years ago. This purchase was for a Harmon Kardon AVR7200. Great price and same-day shipping. I received a follow-up call about 10 days later to ask if i was satisfied with my purchase. About a week later, I called with a technical question that I had directed to the manufacturer, but I was not entirely satisfied with the answer. I was put in touch with a One Call employee who owned the same receiver. He could not give me a definite answer based on the technical information available to him at work, so he went home that night and worked through the problem with his 7200, and called me back at home the next day with a work around. Thanks again!"

"I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMCFZ10 by phone on Tuesday. The price was reasonable, although not the lowest I found online. I decided to buy from OneCall because of their user rating and I felt secure that they did not sell "gray market" goods. I was pleasantly surprised that the salesperson did not try to pressure me into buying accessories. He just asked once if there was anything else I wanted to order and that was it. This was a big change from my experience with other resellers. I was able to track the order status online and in less than six hours it progressed through their system to a status of "shipped". The camera arrived on Friday as expected. I couldn't be happier with this experience and would buy from OneCall again. It is true, they only accept returns if factory sealed and unopened (unless defective). Returns are costly and this is probably how they can keep costs down. I had done my research before placing the order so I was confident I would not change my mind. If you are the type of person who often buys an item then returns it for a different one, then this store is not for you. On the other hand, if you know what you want you will be pleased with this reseller."

"First time user of One Call, but will not be the last. Called 7/19 for the Canon PowerShot A80 (which by the way is a fantastic camera). They don't have the rock bottom prices of the Brooklyn crooks, but the price was very competitive. The customer service was however, excellent. Spoke to a sales agent (Patrick) almost immediately. He was knowledgeable and the order was completed very quickly and shipped that very day. While I didn't receive an e-mail with the tracking number, when I called I was given the number within 30 seconds. The camera was delivered with excellent packing on 7/21, exactly as promised. Will definitely do business again with these folks."

"I ordered a Nikon D70 from OneCall. I called and spoke to their personnel and ordered the product over the phone. The person I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. He knew the product and knew what he was talking about. He did recommend other accessories but did not try to force me to buy any. The product was shipped the very same day and I received it one day ahead of schedule. The shipment was well packaged. They called a few days after I received the package to check if I had received the shipment and to see if I was satisfied.

They also have great financing deals and discounts for members.

I was very happy with my purchase and I would not hesitate to buy from them again

"I recently ordered a digital camera from this reseller and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I called and ordered over the phone and spoke to 2 different sales people on two different occasions. Both were very friendly and helpful. I finally ended up placing my order on July 9th and even though they told me it would arrive by Wednesday, it arrived on Monday the 12th! They shipped it the day I placed my order.

Also when I was placing my order, the sales person did not pressure me to buy any add ons as I have heard so many do to cover the low cost they are charging to lure customers. He did recommend a memory card but when I politely said no, he let it go and completed my order. I know I paid a bit more than the lowest advertised price online (although still much less than most places) but it was well worth the 40 or 50 dollars more. I was really contemplating going with a cheaper price but after reading reviews, I realized it was a safer bet to go with a more dependable company and I'm glad I did.

I also wanted to comment that the packaging material was very good.

This company only returns if the product is defective and only allows 15 days which might be a disadvantage but all in all, a great company to go with. Just make sure you have researched the product, know that you want it etc.

"I ordered Sony TRV 70 camcorder, this is a defect product which has three buttons with permanent Japanese charactors on it. The representative had very bad attitude I first contacted " you just want to return it, right?" he didn't believe in what I said. Manager "Brian" is nice and ask me to take a picture about the defect product and send to him. I got my full refund without any problems, but I spent $18 to ship it back to Onecall and also I missed my son's piano performance, that was too bad.
I did see several complaints regarding "grey" product they had.I wanted to buy product from Onecall because of "high rating" here, eventhough there was cheapter one somewhere. Now I am wondering what is going on at Onecall. I bought lots of products from Bestbuy and Circuit city, I never had this problem. I also don't think that Sony would allow this expensive camcorder with 3 japanese labels to the US market. I still have 3 pictures about this product. If you are interested,please send e-mail to ****@**** with subject Sony trv70.
I don't feel good if I won't let you guys know, your comments always helped me a lot. And also I wish that Onecall could keep their real "high rating" here without any cheating if they did.(Maybe I just had bad luck, but why other customer had same situations???)
I did not argue with them at all. I will never buy any product from Onecall. 90% internet customers are very smart, we care about store rating, the product and price, but on top of them, the product is first and most important. Who cares about professional attitude, high ratings and good price if you get defect product.
Be aware buying product from Onecall, that's all I want to say. I will be very interested in seeing what comments Onecall will put after me.
