"5 to 7 work days to first ship? I guess they didn't remember what they wrote because as far as I know they have yet to ship my order. Yes they did charge my card ahead of shipping. Will I buy from ONSALE.com again, probably not.
I'm sure that I will be calling them soon to ask where my order is.
POOR, POOR service.

The companies response would be more understandable if;
a. They sent a email stating that there is a delay.
b. If they hadn't charged my credit card in advance of actually shipping the batteries.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT BE EXPLAINED AWAY BECAUSE YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A DELAY IN GETTING IT TO THE CUSTOMER.

"The order was not complete.
The Instruction manual/or quick start guide was missing. There was not even a piece of paper that could give me clue as to how to work the thing.
There were no batteries for the remote control.
I was able to get the user manual from the internet and that's how I found out what was missing from the package.

After placing th order, the instuctions that I received by email were very confusing. I was wondering whether I had purchased the product itself or a coupon that I had to redeem. I had to call the customer service to resolve the issue.

The product is working now. I hope it continues to do so. I read some reviews that it stops working after some time. I hope that does not happen to me."
