After I hadn't heard anything at 48 hours I contacted them. OnSale said they were so busy with the demand for the gift card that it would be another 24-48 hours. After another 24 hours I contacted them again, and again I got the "we're so busy" excuse. After another 24 hours I contacted them and said I would be cancelling the charge on my credit card. A few hours later the code finally did come. I waited 4 days for a code number. Very poor business and I will not be doing business with them again."
