I was EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed. When I called to get a return authorization number, I was told that I would have to talk to someone in tech support first. They were supposed to call me back in 1 hour. 3 days later, I called back and was FINALLY able to reach someone. I got a refund (slow) and then spent $100.00 more for a brand new computer with a year warranty. "
