"I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!! I ordered an otterbox for my son on nov 30, 2011. The site showed they were in stock. Never any mention of backorders. It said shipping would be 3-7 days. On day 8 I called and they said it was backordered. Again I called to see if it had shipped and again still backordered. Jan 4, 2012 I call and I'm told they are getting more on the 5th. Today I called to find out my order is still on backorder and they have no idea when it will be filled. I did receive a letter dated Dec 21 saying that if they couldn't fill the order within 60 days it would automatically be cancelled. Well, while the selling price was great. The service is terrible. A great price is nice IF you can actually get the product. I cancelled my order today and went with someone else. Patty in south portland, ME"
