"The experience was poor. I was told by OnSale that it took 7-10 days to deliver the certificate. Now it is more than 10 days and I still have not received it. When I called OnSale, I was told it should be "7-10 business days". But looking at OnSale original email sent to me, it is "days", not "business days". The stupid thing is OnSale should just send me the certificate via email, because it is ultimately the code on the cerficate that matters. It is a waste of time."

After reading OnSale's reply I guess the 7-10 days aren't up yet. Sorry. Maybe emails shouldn't be sent asking for reviews until the proper amount of time has passed....be less confusion that way.

"Totally messed up my order. Couldn't use my credit card online, even though I am well below my credit limit and I submitted all numbers correctly. Took my order by phone, apparently with no similar problems. Three days later, my order was still "in process." When I called them I was "informed" that there was a problem with my card's security code (there isn't). In the three days between my order and MY call to THEM I was not informed that there was any problem. In the meantime, the computer I ordered was sold out, and the speakers and monitor, ordered from NEWEGG using the same credit card, were delivered to my door."
