"I ordered three different items and they arrived in three different boxes at three different times. Not the most convenient way to ship stuff! The UPS worked great and I haven't opened the VHS to DVD conversion kit, but the 1.5 TB external hard drive I received WOULD NOT WORK! I had my computer guy check it out and he couldn't get it to work either. When I called to get it replaced I was told I had to talk to the tech service guys first, and then back to the customer service guys. Then they told me they couldn't replace it, that I would have to return it and order another one. Of course now you don't offer the same thing at the same price, so I will probably have to go with another company to get one that is comparable. Again, not what I wanted to do. Overall I have been pleased with your company in the past, but this time it didn't work out as well as I had hoped. I am disappointed because I REALLY needed that back up drive and now I still don't have one. The return procedure was easy enough, but not so with the replacement of the drive. Hopefully I will be able to find a suitable replacement external hard drive soon."
