"It has been more than 3 weeks and I have not received my gift card. I called Onsale.com the day after my order to confirm the order, my address and they had all the information correct. So I don't understand why it takes them more than 3 weeks to mail me a gift card. I'm sure I am not the only one complaining and I still haven't gotten a response to my email inquiring about my order. If they can't handle it they should be upfront. I think this company has some problems when it comes to selling discounted gift cards."

"It was a positive e commerce transaction. The descriptions of the items along wth said reviews were easy to access and further strengthend my purchase decision, I have it set up to tweet my android device and that experience runs seamlessly with the typical intergate portal. Great graphics and arrangment of the sight kept me there longer rather than make me tired and frustrated, Overall you guys do a fantastic job.

"It was a little confusing. I attempted to purchase a quantity of 4 of a certain item, which the site made difficult. It "kicked" the quantity back to 1, so I had to place 4 separate orders. Emails to the support department were answered promptly, and the staff was very helpful in getting me past this hurdle."

"Details for the free gift with order were partially obsured & I missed out on getting that. It took the coupon several days before it was valid & it did not state that the coupon could not be used on sale merchandise, but I was unable to use it on a sale item."
