I chose Opentip because they had a fair price and good return policy. The Aquabot performed extremely poorly so I called to return it. I offered to pay return shipping, pay a restocking fee (25%), and use the left-over funds to buy a better, more expensive unit from Opentip. Despite the return policy that states you can return your item within 14 days FOR ANY REASON, they told me I could not return this item. I searched their return policy exceptions for this or any pool cleaner to no avail. I am completely unhappy with this company because they did not honor their return policy. NOTHING in their return policy excepted my pool cleaner or its condition from being returned. They just arbitrarily decided not to accept it. I feel like I have been deceived. These Neodymium Countersunk Ring Magnets 1/2 x 1/8" are perfect to hold the securing pins and help with the install of the QuakeGuardians on to the slide rails of the wine rack. I use 8" pliers and ground down a section of the jaw that the magnet will fit on to. I drilled a hole and put a concaved pin in the center to help hold the magnet on to the jaw and glued everything.
Opentip.com is a good Company, they do quick service and I hope to do a lot more business with them in the Future.

They charged $175 for shipping, which I thought was a bit high, but the total was still the best price so I went for it and placed an order. 2 days later however, I received an e-mail stating that the item I ordered was "oversize and overweight" (sic) and to please approve a surcharge of $100.
