"Well, these guys are batting 1000. The only nuance I can give to the rest of the negative experiences left here is that Opticsale is no longer trying to bait with low prices on everything. I thought I was getting a small bargain on an ammo reloading brush priced at $10.32. Sinclair International, themselves no shy guy when it comes to pricing, had the brush and handle at $12.32. But when my Opticsale "bargain" arrived, the brush had NO HANDLE! lol...they wanted another $10.00 for the handle, combined price of over $20.00. I called Amazon in order to get Opticsale's Telephone number, but of course it was no longer available. I wanted to give Opticsale an option of keeping a customer by sending me the handle for free, or simply take the brush back and give me a refund, never to hear from me again. Amazon was diasppointed with Opticsale enough that they just said "Screw it. We will give you back the $10.32 and buy the handle from Sinclair. lolol.. :) Amazon is SO great....and Opticsale is SO bad."
"Should have payed attention to the bad reviews here, I was enticed by the low prices. There is NO order confirmation email when the order was placed, this left me wondering what was going on. Several days after placing 2 orders I received notice that one of my items was out of stock and not available for backorder. I looked at their website and it still showed the same item that I could not get as available and ships in one to 2 days. I questioned them via email and their response was "I do apologize but our website is not hooked up to our live inventory at this time". So the obvious conclusion is they have no idea what is available.
I inquired about the other item, I was told that it too was backordered but would be available in 7 - 10 days. Needless to say I then cancelled that order as well. Keep in mind, I had to ask, they did not inform me this item was backordered.
I do not believe they carry any inventory, when you order it, they order it. In fairness, they were responsive to my emails. I marked them low on Customer Service because they should have kept me informed about both of my orders, not require me to ask.
Bottom line, I will never do business with them again."
"I bought a Leupold scope from Opticsale through Amazon.com and because Ive never had issues dealing with any of amazon's sellers in the past i didn't worry about the future of my order. Well before placing my order i personally called Opticsales to verify that the item i wanted to buy was in stock, the sales person i spoke to assured me that they had 4 scopes in stock. I then went ahead an placed my order for the scope through Amazon. Well when the delivery arrived i happily opened the box to find the WRONG scope which cost me $600 bucks. I called Opticsales and demanded a complete refund back on my credit card. I will now have to take my valuable time and send this wrong scope back and hope to receive my refund in a timely manner. I sent back the scope today 5/23 so i will update once everything is taken care of. I personally buy a lot of things from Amazon, this year Ive spent almost $5000 grand through them. If they don't refund my cash in a timely manner i will cut all ties with amazon for vouching for Opticsales company. I will update when this gets setled"
"HORRIBLE. I ordered a set of Burris XTR low rings from them via amazon.com on January 6, 2013 because they were substantially less expensive than anyone else. I should have realized it was too good to be true. As soon as I placed the order, I looked at reviews of them and realized that they have a track record of taking a very long time to ship out, shipping incorrect items, and not shipping at all. Because of this, I proceeded to email them with my concerns. Their customer service rep Michele assured me that they had every intent of shipping out my order by the time posted on the item page on Amazon, which was January 10-11. I decided to go ahead with the order, given the condition of the firearm industry currently. Well here it is, January 14, so I email them again asking where my rings are. This time, I get a response saying they cancelled my ordered because "the item was linked incorrectly through amazon." They waited over a week to tell me this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OPTICSALE!!!!"

"This is the worst company I've had the misfortune to deal with in several years. I placed an order through Amazon and received a confirmation that included a shipping date. The item didn't ship and I received an explanation that it was mismarked in the warehouse bins and was really out of stock. But I was assured that in a matter of a few days the stock would be replenished and I would be among the first to have my order filled. Eventually, a good deal longer than promised, I received notice that my item had been shipped and I finally did receive it. Surprise!! they sent me the wrong item. When I called they asked me for their correct SKU number, which, of course, they had never provided to me. They explained that without the SKU number they couldn't correct the order and we agreed that I should return the item and get a refund. So, after a bit of haggling over getting a postage paid shipping label (we were communicating by e-mail but they claimed they needed my e-mail to send me the label) I sent back the item. I then followed up a couple of days later to ask when I might expect my refund. Guess what?? They said there's a problem with their accounting and it would be a few days before they could issue my refund. That's were we are as of today. Based on my experience, this is a company that can't be trusted. They never meet a date, they are filled with excuses and they simply don't care about customer service. I'd say they had their corporate head up their ass but in my opinion it's more than that; I think they do this deliberately in order to wear the buyer down and finally get fed up with dealing with them. I wish I had read these reviews before I became involved with them. Read the rest of these reviews, my description is repeated again and again. Be warned."

"Place an order on 07-11-12 for a Blackhawk Holster which was "In Stock". They gave the excuse the one they were going to ship was defected and had to order a new one from Blackhawk, was advised it was suppose to be in the beginning of last week and still not in. Appears to giving me the run around. By reading the other reviews I'm glad I paid with paypal at least they will back the refund. I venture to say this company will not stay in business long or get any return customers or new customers by word of mouth.!!!! Will see what the excuse is tomorrow, scared to ask for a refund

July 28th advised would have tracking# within 24hrs. As of the 1st no tracking number called stated it was not in yet when I advised to cancel my order Anthony said it was there all of a sudden and would have the number in a few hours that was in am.
As of of the am of Aug 2nd no tracking number. Filed complaint with paypal then called, talked to team leader whom again stated I would haver it with in 24 hrs. Advised her to cancel my order being I have been lied to repeatedly by this company. They did immediately refund my money and received a case cleared by paypal.
Apparently they use the same excuse for everyone, that the product was mismarked or damaged. Amazon needs to dump this company as well as Paypal"

I ordered a :Bushnell PermaFocus 12x50 Wide Angle Binoculars [#027-175012]" on Jul 06, 2012, and still see the order status shows "...... in process". I called their CS and was told that the itme is not available from shelf and it will be available in next 10 days. Note that their site is still advertizing that this itme will be shipped in next 1 or 2 business days.
Don't try to order anything from their site, waste of you time!

"The product showed a much better price than did other sites and it looked like it had good review status. Although at this point I'm not sure why. After not seeing a sales receipt show up in my email after three days that was suppose to be there according to the page at time of purchase I contacted OpticSale,com and got a response saying they were waiting for my response that the item was indefinately on back ordered. First off the that should have been noted on the site, second I never received an email from them prior to my email to them.
On the good side, after I informed them to cancel the order, they were quick to reply and comply with my request and no charge was showing on my card when I checked."

"Do not use this company! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I waited more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive, so I emailed their customer service to find out why my item still has yet to be shipped. They responded 4 days later saying sorry we don't have your item in stock, but will in 5 days and wanted to know if I wanted them to continue the order. 2 hours later I receive another email from them saying they now do not know when they can get more of my item.
None the less I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. This all happened today so I suppose I 'll have to wait for my refund.
Mistakes happen, we all know this, but to decide just to let the issue float until 'I' contacted them more that 2 weeks after ordering; that's a company that doesn't care about their customers.

Ordered 3 items from them, had no response for 2 weeks so I called and they said it was damaged in shipment to them so they had to get more in. I waited 3 more weeks and they sent an email that the item was discontinued and they could not get any more! I immediately ordered from a much better known online "optics" store on this "planet", and they are shipping immediately for delivery within a few days.
STAY AWAY FROM OPTICSALE!"
