"I ordered the holster system back in April, I was informed at the time it was out of stock and would take 6-8 weeks to get it. I was willing to wait that long because the holster was worth it to me. That was the 13th of April. Today (June 4th) I get an e-mail stating that my order date was today, the holsters are now available, and they can be ready to ship in 5-7 weeks. Plus if I don't respond within 14 days my order will be cancelled. What a crock!!!
As long as I have been waiting they should express mail me the first available holster!!! Why the hell Do I have to wait ANOTHER 5-7 weeks? Why did you change my order date? What kind of BS are you trying to pull?

"I needed 2 (two) scope rings for a Ruger Precision Rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmore that I also recently purchased. Because I have had relatively good experience with Optics Planet in the past I thought that I would stay with what I had enjoyed a good experience with. When I placed my first order, and this is my fault for not recognizing the problem initially, I only actually ordered 1 (one) scope ring, thinking eroneously that I was getting both scope rings. When only one arrived (and regardless of what anyone might think, it is pretty damn hard to mount a scope on a rifle with only one scope ring) I called Optics Planet and ordered a second ring. My gas and heartburn over this occurred as a result of the attitude of the sales person with the second order. He acted as though I should have been happy to deal with him because he felt that I was there for him and not the other way round. Next time I will think harder before I call Optics Planet. Hopefully I can get a sales person that acts as though they give a damn. "
