"Living in a very rural town, I typically use amazon for most purchases since selection in town is limited. This is not the case however when it comes to tactical gear. Most of the 3rd party sellers on Amazon are charging the same prices for Chinese or other foreign made gear that has the appearance of the real deal but are clearly not. Maybe there isn't much difference- but I'm not going to risk finding out that isn't the case in a critical situation in which I really need to depend on my equipment.

"The website is misleading. Nowhere does it state you should read the description and not the look at the pictures. Although Leslie in support says OP “recommends” and “suggests” this; nowhere on the website or in your policies does it say this. I bought an item based on pictures (which also does not say these items are not apart of the package you’re buying. Support was no help and offered a $25 refund toward another product on the website. This is the reason people shop Amazon and Ebay. In order to make the product work I would have had to spend another $75. Let’s discuss shipping... nine days to get a product that wasn’t what I expected. Ebay shipped the correct product and I ordered it on Friday and came Monday. Pull your **** together. "
