"I ordered a Sun Optics Spring Compressor for my air rifle. The product itself, I have no problems with.
How they packaged it, is another story. They used no and I repeat no bubble wrap, air pillows, newspaper or anything else to keep the product from moving around. All they did was put the product in a cardboard box and ship it.
When I received the package there were three openings in the box where some bolts were protruding out of the box. These bolts are attached to the product. The openings were 3 to 4 inches long and you could put your index finger right in the openings. As a result, 2 wing nuts and 1 bolt were missing thanks to the **** poor packaging by OpticsPlanet.com.
Shipping time wasn't too bad, order date 1/7/20 received date 1/13/20. I thought the shipping time was slow considering we are only 230 miles apart.
Main complaint is very poor packaging. Come on OpticPlanet, protect the customers' product."
