"Ordered buffer tube and stock that was supposed to be in stock bust was on back order for 6 to 8 weeks. Couldn't modify the buffer tube after order was placed due to the stock already being packaged for delivery so had to cancel original buffer to e and replace with and alternative replacement. Recieved in about 2 weeks understandable due to covid. However the stock order that couldn't be modified due to it already being packaged has still yet to be sent nearly a month later. 30 + minute wait times on the phone."

"I never write a review but this I had to. I ordered a lower parts kit from Optics planet about 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my order. They said I should I got a email confirming my shipping last week and now we are already at the end of the following week and I still haven’t heard anything from them. I know the COVID-19 plays an important part in shipping, but I have ordered From other companies and got my order within a couple of days. I was excited to finish my A.R. pistol build but waiting this long I have lost the desire to finish my build thanks Optics planet...I can’t say that I would order from you guys again, to save five dollars to wait weeks and months on end I would rather spend the extra money and get my parts faster."

I called and talked to someone about the order and she said the item was back-ordered and would be here soon that was three weeks ago. I have not been informed of the status of that order. "OP never disappoints me! I order a items that are over $500 each time I shop with them. Even during this Covid-19 pandemic they had my item at at my home in 48hrs. That’s 5 star for sure and it was free too! You can trust them and they are easy to reach by phone also. Lastly if it’s not what you expected because of fit or finish. Just ship it back to them. Sometimes you need a special item that your end use is not the manufactures intended use and you can only see and read so much on an item description. You need to actually hold the item and measure it with calipers. This is my source for all things thermal, and night vision, but I can see me buying other items too.
