"I understand that there are shipping delays due to COVID19 but for them to take over 10 days to ship in stocks items is beyond expectancy. Also, on several orders I had to call them for updates only to be told that my order had slipped through the cracks and was missed by the shipping team. And good luck trying to get ahold of anyone. I emailed them with no response. The live chat is on the website is disabled and when you call them, you are placed on hold and after 20 minutes waiting are told they can't take your call and force you to leave a voice mail. I left multiple voice mails that went unreturned. I finally was able to speak to someone after spending all day, literally 8 hours of the day, calling, waiting, getting hung up on after 20 minutes and calling back. Repeating that process over and over. Its a joke. I have ordered from multiple online companies during the pandemic and have not had near the levelof issues as compared to opticsplanet.
Also they have such great selection on the website but over 75% of the items are out of stock and they show shipping times from several weeks to months. It makes shopping so infuriating. They need an option to show only in stock merchandise. You end up wasting so much time hunting for items that are actually in stock. "

"I ordered a Trijicon ACOG TA11 at 8:30 am Thursday morning. Due to type of product and the uncertain times we are in right now, I opted for the overnight shipping. I was very impressed to see that by 10:00 am that morning it was already being shipped. I got my order by 12:30 pm Friday afternoon. Yes!!! that was literally 16 hours from the time I hit the order button!! I was very happy and very impressed with speed and accuracy of my order. Even in dark times looks like Optics Planet still has their **** together. "

"Lots to choose from at Optics Planet. The selection was very broad with prices clearly indicated for various model choices, etc. Their online selection menu could be clearer, and some menu items lack an accurate or complete description (a zillion items must be hard to manage). Shipping is lackluster and I've had problems with the tracking information provided to me. I was never able to get a human on the phone to help me with my order issue, perhaps this is just due to the COVID shutdown."
