Unfortunately, my last one went really bad. I ordered a "red dot" sight and put in the "2DAYAIR" code and expected the product within the time referenced. After several days, I called customer service. They could not find my order in the system. I told them O.K., I will just re-order the item. I now have two red dot sights. Something is wrong with the ordering system. I even had the order number and that didn't help. Again, I have been a satisfied customer and only made this review because they requested it. "

"Good competitive prices, tons of variety in many parts. They do good as a retailer but they won’t deliver complete AR 15 uppers to California which does not make sense because midway USA delivers complete uppers for good a bargain with fast shipping. Optics planet takes over a week to send me my items, usually takes 10 days from the order date for my items to arrive. I like optics planet and would definitely recommend. They’re good at communicating with the consumer"
