Based on this incident, I probably will not be buying anything from OP in the future.

Your free shipping took almost 2 weeks! (8/19 - 8/28) Then to address the missing parts, you should have sent me a complete replacement product with priority shipping and arrange return on the initial incomplete item with paid return shipping.

Now I have to wait another 7-10 days?! And offering me 10% off on future order to make up for this mess?? Are you kidding me? I get the 10% offer from your spammail all the time!

Yeah. I stand corrected. I said I probably won't buy anything... I definitely will not be buying anything from you guys again.

"I called customer service before writing this to give OpticsPlanet the opportunity to resolve the problem. There being no effort to do so on their part I am now writing this review.I ordered Leupold alumina flip up scope covers for a Vari X 6 2-12 X 42 HD scope order # 13505797. This was ordered on the phone by speaking to an OpticsPlanet rep who advised me of the product I needed and placed the order. The objective cover fit as intended but the eyepiece cover is the wrong size. I called to have them exchange the eye piece by sending me the correct one and was told their procedure is to send me a form to fill out to escalate the return and to then send me a return shipping label. As I am leaving for my hunt shortly I informed the rep I spoke with that this was unacceptable and her manager who might be in a position to discuss this further was AT LUNCH!! Way to go OpticsPLanet. Really went the extra mile to correct your mistake and these are not cheap. Just check the price. I have ordered from them in the past but this marks the end for me."
