Getting your refund does take time and I understand if their understaffed, what truly concerns me is getting "store credit" on my account, it takes to long, once the product is in their hands and check to make sure their are no mistakes, I think the store credit should take no longer than 48 hours, however, sometimes it takes 10 days and the product I want is no longer on sale."
