The confirmed email/invoice showed they were both shipped and on their way--stating I was also billed for 2. Long story short, only one arrived and NO ONE at the company had the decency to let me know the other wasn't shipped. Thus, sorry Mom, no Christmas present for you. I was so upset by the unprofessional lack of communication from your company. Furthermore, I called yesterday only to be given the option to leave a message; which I did. I have also emailed your company with my complaint and no one has returned my communication. I am 110% DISSATISFIED with your company UNTIL you have the decency to communicate with me and compensate for the insufficiencies."
