"I am very, very, disappointed in Organize.com. Their website indicated free shipping. When I checked out I selected to let them choose shipping method. It states that they will choose the most economical way to ship. However, I ended up with $5.95 shipping charges. More than the product was worth. I used their e-mail form to contact them to cancel the order. No respononse, no cancellation. I will never do business with them again due to their lack of customer support and their misleading shipping information on their website."

Nothing. Waited three more days and sent more e-mails (still have not had a response). Today 2/6/12, I spoke to someone and cancelled my order. That part they got right -- it was cancelled and I had confirmation within the hour. How are they still in business?
To Organize.Com Customer Service: Please resend the e-mail explaining the delay. I never received one. The only e-mail I have ever received from your company was the automated one which occurred seconds after I placed the order.
