"the order arrived on the date promised. I contacted the seller regarding the "cards" which showed as included on my invoice, and which (from the photo of the item) it appeared were included. However, all that actually was included was the separate "tabs" for each category, which were about 2 1/2 inches wide. No decorative elements as shown in the photo of the item. They said they'd contact the manufacturer and see if they'd send me cards, if they had any. Kind of disappointed that it wasn't what I'd expected. Wouldn't have paid the price if I'd known it was just a box and dividers. Took a long time to get it, too, not until 3/20/11. Per update from seller, they were able to get the cards which are being sent to me. Very wonderful customer service, but I still feel the photo and product description was misleading, initially."

"I ordered the small battery holders online after reviewing the products.
While placing the order online, I made a mistake and ordered 3 day shipping which cost $30 instead of the $10 as I wanted. I called the 800 number and explained the situation to the customer service agent and she immediatly corrected the mistake and sent a confirmation Email to me with the right shipping charges I wanted. The product arrived today with the invoice and the price I was quoted by the customer service agent.
The order was a little slow in coming to my home, the order was placed on 9/23 and arrived at my home and arrived 8 days later but I wasn't in a rush to get the products anyway.
Overall, I'm happy with the service I received and expect to be happy with my purchase."
