Recently needed to order the main board for our GE Profile refrigerator. Ordered it around 5:00PM Eastern using their next day option. I seriously had my doubts that it would show up the next day. However, as promised, the main board assembly showed up the next day and was quickly installed in the refrigerator - restoring it back to full operation.
They claim an average of 1.7 days for their standard shipping service, which is accurate. I have never needed to contact their customer support and have always been happy with their service.
If only all online vendors were this good!"

"After recently getting burned by another vehicle remote seller, which rhymes with Original Keyless, I was reluctant to spend even more money and not receive anything for it. Well, we recently bought a used car and it also needed another remote. Found this outfit online and did a little research on them. Really couldn't find anything bad, so I placed an order for two remotes - the one for the Acura was a factory remote and the one for the Nissan was a suitable substitute. I figured it would be awhile before they sent the items, but within a couple of days I had an e-mail with a tracking number. A few days later the remotes showed up. The items were as described on their website. Both remotes programmed without incident and I have to say I'm quite happy.
With Original Keyless, it took them about a month to send me one remote for our Nissan and the vehicle would not accept the remote. The vehicle did recognize it one time during programming, but then it refused to work afterwards. After contacting them, they sent me programming directions AGAIN. I already knew how to program it, as they had sent directions the first time and I had also found the directions on the internet. They finally agreed to replace the remote and asked me to send it back. After sending it back and receiving a confirmation e-mail from Original Keyless, I still had not received a replacement after two months. Multiple attempts to contact them via the phone and e-mail were fruitless. I finally contacted the BBB and they attempted to contact Original Keyless without success. I ended up losing about $70 with the losers at Original Keyless.
I would not hesitate to recommend Keyless Ride. Fast delivery and good customer support. I sent them an e-mail after the order, because my receipt didn't print properly on our laser printer - the amount was cut off. They responded within a day with a copy of the invoice. Job well done. If I ever need another remote, I won't hesitate to contact Keyless Ride and order what I need. Their prices are reasonable.

"If you have deep pockets and don't mind possibly losing your money, then place an order with this company. I ordered a remote for a Nissan Pathfinder. I eventually received the correct remote - the FCC ID matched the ones we already had. Attempted to program the remote to the car, but the vehicle refused to accept it. Contacted the company and requested a replacement, but they sent me programming instructions... again. Gave it another shot, but still wouldn't go. Finally got them to agree to an exchange. I returned the remote and they sent me an e-mail stating they had received it. A couple of months passed and nothing from Original Keyless - no e-mail, no phone call and no replacement remote. Tried calling their phone number, but kept getting their voicemail. Tried sending them e-mails, but they wouldn't respond. After a month of this game, finally contacted the Better Business Bureau. They contacted the company, but could not get them to respond. Imagine that. The BBB has no weight to throw around, so I'm sure Original Keyless was real scared. Although I do appreciate their attempt to intercede on my behalf. The bottom line is, I'm out $60 and these losers continue to take orders and hose people over. I suppose if you receive a working item initially, you'll probably be happy, but if you have to deal with these jokers after the sale, forget about it. They'll take your money and run. I'm going to the Arizona Attorney General next."
