"Buyer beware! I purchased a bike rack on 6/6/2020 from the site that said they did indeed have the product in stock and that most items ship within 24 hrs. When said product ships, they send you a tracking number as is typical for most online retailers. On 6/16/2020 I contacted Outdoorplay to inquire about my order. I received an email back stating they were sorry for the delay and that now the item was back ordered until 7/30/2020. Keep in mind, I had to contact the seller myself (10 days after purchase) to find out my item would ship 54 DAYS AFTER I placed the order of an item they claimed to have in stock. Customer service is abysmal with this company and I’d suggest not to trust their “item counts” online.
My advice: Buy anywhere but here!

"Placed an order on Nov 1 and was assured it would ship that day. That never happened. Received an email stating that one of 4 items was back ordered. It was not clear that this meant holding the entire order. With no package in sight, I called the company and was met with basic indifference and told that I would need to pay overnight shipping fee to get the needed items on the schedule promised. That is poor customer service. This is a large order —$2500- and the missing item was valued at $14. It is surprising to me that the company can afford such an attitude. I will not do business with Outdoor Play in the future as there is plenty of competition. "

"I shopped kayak trailers and decided on a Malone Microsport. Outdoorplay had the best price and free shipping, so that was a no-brainer. I ordered a the trailer online and had it (in six boxes) in about a week. The only thing wrong with the order (which was shipped directly from Malone) was that it had an extra spare tire and was missing two of the four sets of J-hooks that I ordered with the trailer. I called customer service at Malone (talked to Rachel, who was very nice) and had the new J-hooks in 4 days. They said to just keep the extra spare tire. Very good experience. "
"I ordered a kayak online, and they insisted that my card was flagged for fraud or the address was wrong. I spoke to the credit card company who said all was well and that Outdoor Play should call them. The rep from Outdoor play kept insisting I send a wire transfer or pay AGAIN via Paypal. Either she was too lazy to do her job, or it's a scam. I wouldn't take a chance ordering from them as neither scenario is good. "
