"These didn't ship right away at all - we think they had to be reprinted and the quality of the card we received were so-so. Several of the cards had clamp marks from the cutter on them. Once we weeded out those and the cards with really poor trimming (chipping on all edges), we had fewer than what our client had ordered. We ordered on 11/8 and they didn't ship until 11/15."

"I placed my order on Nov 10 & didn’t receive my order until nov 24. I was notified that there was an issue with my order about 2 weeks after I placed my order. I said I wanted to continue with my order & paid an extra fee to receive the business cards & magnets “approximately” 5 days later. I called the day I was supposed to receive them & was told, “I don’t know when they will be shipped”. I opened the box when I got them & you can barely read the name & title because it’s so faint. The worst part is they weren’t even for me, I was getting them for my mom. Again, very disappointed. "
"The cards I purchased are not necessarily amazing, but they're not bad either. I needed cards fast, just to last me through the end of the year when I'll have to get a whole new revised batch. They arrived when promised and will certainly serve their purpose. However, they aren't the super high quality, crisp, clean look that I'll need for my long-term business cards."
"you used a non UPS or FedEX vendor to deliver my good, who came on 845pm on a Sunday, the tracking information was never updated the package was seemingly lost turn around time for answers was extremely slow and inconvenient with emails being sent at 1240am. When i asked for a tracking number it took 2 days to get. no call back from phone rep no viable solutions provided no change in response patterns after i said a 11pm-1am response time was hindering progress. I am extremely unhappy and exploring using different vendors. this has caused a major marketing and sales issue for my time and a feel as though this issue was not taken seriously. frankly unhappy isn't the word. I tolerated almost an entire order of postcards being destroyed prior to arrive because "things happen" ... this is inexcusable "
"we were promised to have our delivery by the next day, but instead it took two days and when it arrived, the cards were all wrong, the quality was below low and the design was wrong because they cut 15% of it off and left a whit line on two sides.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. and I called customer service and she wasn't being helpful. only after 15min of expelling that I went with overnight prints did she acknowledge that this shouldn't have happened. "

"I received my prints faster than expected and the graphic looks great, but the paper quality is not what I was hoping for. The paper wrinkled almost immediately after I took it out of the shipping box. I will be having the prints re-done at a big box store on a heavier stock. You get what you pay for! "
