"Before placing my order I made sure the cards I selected would arrive on time as I needed them for a Saturday event. I placed my order on a Wednesday after the cutoff time. My cards were to arrive on Friday. Later that evening I had a feeling they wouldn’t make it and I tried to cancel, but the status was “in production” so I wasn’t able to. The cards didn’t ship until late Friday and they arrived Monday. I had to run to Staples to get additional cards. Upon speaking to customer service they informed me that it’s difficult to get cards made overnight, yet they wouldn’t cancel my order. They told me to call once they arrived and they would see what they could do. Perhaps they should change their name. "

"Placed order on Nov.14 and was given estimated delivery date of Nov.17 which seemed acceptable as I needed a quick turnaround time for a business expo. Cards never arrived on estimated date and after multiple phone calls were placed I was repeatedly told that the call center is in a separate location from the production center and that all delivery dates are ‘estimated’ not ‘guaranteed’ and that they would return my calls when they had an update.....NONE of these calls were returned. Long story short, today, Nov.28 (2 weeks later) I FINALLY received my order and the received product is unacceptable. The cards have the top portion of the phone number missing, making them illegible and rendering them useless. No excuse was given for the extreme delay in production and delivery except that ‘there appeared to be some unknown problem at the printing location’. Apparently ‘Overnight Prints’ should be renamed ‘Two Week Garbage Prints’ because everything about this order was nothing short of garbage. Avoid placing an order with this company at all costs, after my experience and now reading bad review after bad review I now realize I clearly made a mistake. "
"The cards look terrible. 15 weight paper on the high gloss looked like crap. I can see the roller marks on all the cards......Complete waste of mone as I threw all the cards in the trash. I used to be happy with your company but now with limited stock options and sending out products like I received are enough to make me spend my money elsewhere. You guys used to be great....what happened? Ps....how stupid are your IT people???? You ask me to fill out a survey then ask me for my order number, but the email doesn't have it on there anywhere. Awesome job dummies. So now I should go hunting for my order number just so you idiots caatch it to the correct job you ruined!!! Awesome.

"I create photo Christmas cards on my computer and the format requested has been CYMK. I don't work with this format and assumed I was at fault for getting back images with crushed blacks. (The photos come back too dark) Last year I compensated by raising the blacks 20% - I thought it looked a little better. This year, the CYMK restriction didn't appear, so I sent PSD files that look great on my computer. I spoke to someone at Overnight prints who told me the images looked fine and shouldn't come out with the shadows (Blacks) too deep. Well, I'm a little disappointed again this year. The blacks are certainly crushed. I guess there is always next year."
"Everything with this service went well. My only small disappointment is that the coloring on the photo of our postcard was not as saturated as I thought it would be. The colors appear a little light. Perhaps the problem was my picture and not their printing, though. We'll definitely use Overnight Prints again."
"Ordered 2 booklets. One order seems perfectly fine. Other order: only received 110 of 250 booklets and the way the insides were cut on the bottom, cut part of the footer off. Cut very inconsistent. Half of the order is still missing. Maybe it's still in shipping??

"I've ordered from Vistaprint, similar product. Vistaprint's business cards were of uneven quality, about 3x the price, and took longer to get to me.
Don't think I could ever go back to one of Overnight Print's competitors. I've gotten spoiled to their really nice paper. Makes me and my company look good!"
"Have used them in the past and was happy, but not a good experience this time. Paid the extra fee for graphics review
- there were some issues that weren't noticeable on standard copier sized prints but were on large format prints. We would have corrected had we been notified. Also, item was shipped in a too large box which was crushed, and the poster was crushed as well. We were able to spray mount and hide the wrinkles and a rip, but shipping in a round tube would have prevented the issue."
"I ordered 2 posters from Overnight Prints and was charged 8 dollars for shipping. They arrived in a cardboard box, both badly damaged. I assumed for the 8 dollar shipping cost they’d at least be in a tube and well taken care of. I was very disappointed and unhappy with my experience with Overnight Prints. I do not think it was worth the money. I will not be ordering from them again."

"When I ordered the cards, I un-checked the envelope option because I have a bunch of envelopes already. Turns out the ones I have are the wrong size, so I went back to your site to try to order envelopes for the cards I'd previously ordered. I couldn't figure out how, so I called your customer service line and was told that there was no way to order envelopes after placing the original order.
I realize I un-checked the box, but nothing ever notified me that this would be my ONLY chance to purchase envelopes through you. If this is going to be your policy, you need to let people know that if they opt out of envelopes at the time of the order, they will be unable to order them later."
