"I ordered 500 business cards from Overnight Prints for a conferance. The design was put on hold and delayed from printing 3 times over the course of a month. The last time it was placed on hold I had to readjust again after using their template. Then the schedule was delayed.
I wrote to the sales team twice and did not receive an email nor a phone call. I requested a phone call, but apparently this company has no customer support, only a robot call to let me know my cards were placed on hold.
I finally received my cards long after the conferance, and the color looked great, however the UV spot coat registration was off on the back of the card and there was a line down the front of the card. I accidentally misspelled Entrepreneur (Entreprenour), this was my fault, however it was not caught by pre-press and corrected prior to printing.
As a result I will need to recycle these cards, and order new ones from a different company.
I found this service to be a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this printer or 3rd party vendor.
