"My order came swiftly and I love the card stock but it seems the color is always off from what I create. I double check via a color picker that my color matches the on screen proof ... but they are always a little - off. It is nit picky I know ... But I wish that I knew what I was getting from my order. Sometimes perfect but most of the time just off enough.

"The print quality was superb as usual. However, I chose 3 day shipping...twice the price of normal ground which would have taken a week...still took a week to get here at fault of FedEx. Showed them on the truck for delivery early in the morning Friday, 3 days after shipment...right on time for what I paid. Then a few hours later tracking showed "Business Closed No Delivery"! Seriously? I have a residential address, I was home all day, nobody came to my door and no notice was left. FedEX obviously did not have time to honor their 3 day delivery time for whatever reason, so they chose to give some lame excuse instead of being honest. Is this what a 3 day delivery guarantee means to FedEx? My cards were not delivered until Tuesday afternoon, exactly 7 days after shipment and well past the promised delivery date. Needed my cards for a large swap meet on that weekend and had to write down my information on post-it notes instead...very unprofessional. Sure, it's not Overnight's fault that the shipper dropped the ball, but they are using a dishonest carrier to deliver their products, which reflects badly on them. I will continue to use Overnight Prints, but I will never pay extra for FedEX 3 day again! Don't know why they are using FedEx to deliver small packages/orders anyway...I would think Postal Priority would be a more cost effective and reliable way to ship the smaller orders...bad business!"

"I normally order my cards, and client cards from this website, due to ease of use.
Although when I opened my last order, i had a dark grey background cards on both sides, and one side there was a lot of white that almost looked like the printer was running low on ink, and it was on all 250 cards. I know it wasn't in my design.
Other than the one side being a little goofed up, i love using Overnight Prints, and usually have no problems."
