"Our experience was terrible, we needed our order for the day we paid for (we paid 187$ on shipping) and it arrived one week later in two different days. The customer service on live chat was really nice and tried to help us, we were refunded of a part of the shipping expenses but it was not possible for us to use the product we asked for so we won't use this print service anymore even if the products was really nice."

"After paying for upgraded shipping the order still arrived 5 days late, although I was assured it would be refunded. When my order of circular business cards and circular "coasters" (the first time I got one wet it was ruined) finally arrived the colors were perfect, but the overall look was horrible. Not only did I receive the incorrect amount of both, they were printed off center and trimmed in such a rough way that made most of them unusable. This was the third unsatisfactory order I have received from them, and I will not be ordering from this company again."

"I have been a long time customer of overnight prints and usually with very little error involved. And when there is an issue they tend to fix it. But there new Manager "Chase" seems to not be so involved with customer care.

I had 5 Business card sets arrive. 4 of them great! 1 of them off by about .25 of an inch. When my cards are suppose to look dead center they now look completely offset and cut wrong.

The response I get from "Chase" Is that this is acceptable standards to them and they wont be reprinting my card.

Needless to say I wont be purchasing from them again. Moo and vistaprint are both very suitable replacements for Overnightprints."
