"I urgently needed business cards by the third day for my upcoming portfolio show. On the expected delivery day, they didn't arrive. I called customer service, and the operator notified me that there was an error in the bleed. When I checked my file, I provided olenty of bleed space for printing. He said they emailed me about the issue, which I didn't see in my inbox. Come to find out it was in my spam folder. Overall it was technically too late to get my cards and I had to re-order with a local print shop which changed a bad situation into a good one. I'm not saying they're a faulty business, but that situation was not good at all."
