"Absolutely the cheapest price on the Internet, this is not easy to do, but you get what you pay for.

Positives:

- Absolutely the cheapest prices.
- Very fast shipping
- Sent email on a holiday, had a personal reply the following business day.
- Very good shipment tracking ability through web site and UPS.
- Accurately charges my CC after product was shipped.
- Fresh product, water filter manufacture date within a month of ship date.

Negatives:

- No live support period, the "live chat" box just sends an email. All phone calls roll to voice mail, so recent reviews saying that phone support is live are suspect in my opinion.
- No packaging for shipping. Someone simply taped the retail box shut, slapped some shipping tape and a UPS label, and gave it to UPS. I am frankly amazed that UPS even allows this. I was lucky, I had no damage on a 10 lbs item, but I would not be surprised if shipping damage is 30% of items shipped.
- Some of the toughest return polices around, but you are getting the cheapest prices i.e., if you don't reject shipment at time of delivery, and there is damage, Overstock Deals will not do anything, you have to take it up with UPS. Since UPS does not require signatures, you have to spend your time watching for that Brown truck to show up, and ask them to wait, while you check everything out.

"Don't buy! They are cheap but you get what you pay for.
I ordered few items and then I mistakenly used paypal as my payment instrument. I changed the paypal to credit card right away and my order shows that it should be a credit card. Despite that, I got charged on my paypal account today. I sent numberous messsages and left at least 3 voice mails - no response. Finally I got through and a guy on the phone said that nothing can be done since the order was shipped. He was completely indifferent and didn't offer any compensation for their mistake. He even admitted that there is a problem on theirs side. When I said that I won't order from them again - and I have a pretty big purchase to make, he didn't care either.
Now I just hope that the items arrive with no issues - but I would not order from them again.

"I've read the poor reviews of this company but must say I have nothing but high praise for them. I had a sink that arrived with a hairline crack in the upper corner. I called overstockdeals and they OVERNIGHTED a new sink and said we didn't need to return the damaged one. I really could not have asked for more."

"Do not buy. Do not buy DO NOT BUY. You have been warned. Read the reviews. These folks are crooks. If your not one of the few that does not receives damaged merchandise or missing items, you might be happy. However IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! They do not answer the phone or respond to e-mails. I wish I would have looked at their ratings before I bought. Bad mistake."

"This is the worst company to have business with
I placed an order on March 11, 2011 for Moen 203BN vertical spa. After doing a thorough research on the internet I found that overstockdeals had the great deal for the money. I went ahead and I ordered the product. The description of the product included Moentrol pressure-balancing valve. However, when I got the product the valve was not included. The policy of the company states:
What do I do if OverstockDeals sent the wrong item?
If you are shipped an incorrect item, please email or call us at 1.***-***-**** within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA and the shipping instructions to have the incorrect item returned to us. We will pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will ship the correct product to you asap.
The item that I received is not what was described on the website, so I shipped the item back. In my shipment I included the printout of item description and I circled the valve description that was not included. However, the company does not save that information.
Later on I tried to contact the company for the refund, but most of the time I got voicemails. I left multiple voicemails, but I never got anyone to call me back.
On April 7, 2011 overstockdeals credited my account in the amount of $361.21, which is $70.73 less that the amount that I paid.
On April 11, 2011 I went to their website to check the description of the product and the product that I bought was not offered at all. I am attaching a printout of all Moen 203 products which included chrome color, antique bronze, and rubbed bronze, but no brush nickel.
I did a search for Moen vertical spa and I found different item for less price which also features Moentrol pressure-balancing valve in the description of the product.
Today (June 1, 2011) I went to their website to search again for Moen 203 and the only colors that were available were chrome and rubbed bronze.
This company false advertised the product and now that it is in dispute they completely removed the product and changed the webpage. If the description would say that it requires a valve I would not ordered the item, but that was not on the website at the time that I ordered the product. However, there are similar product “vertical spa” that still retained the description of the product that I ordered, not the updated version that is on the website now.

"I ordered the KOHLER K-9351-S Expanse Curved Shower Rod - Contemporary Design in Polished Stainless on April 5, 2011. I was fully aware that it was a special order and that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it. Today is May 23, 2011 and I still have not received the item.

I started a live chat today to find out the status of the product today with your representative, Lumen. I gave her the order number and asked her what the status of the order was. She told me that it was going to take at least 3 weeks to get the item. I told her that I had been waiting 7 and found that unacceptable, especially since I have not heard anything about my order. She had no compassion for the situation and did not seem to care. Lumen did check on the status of the order and stated that it was estimated to be available on June 9th and might get to me by June 20th.

I understand that the item is out of stock and they were waiting for the item from the manufacturer, however an update on the status would have been nice. I understand that this was a special order and I cannot cancel the order, however I ordered it from them because I was only supposed to wait 2 to 3 weeks. I understand that your website stated on the page that "Special Orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and see our Return Policy for Special Order merchandise." However, having to wait 3 months for an item without even a mention from Overstockdeals.com seems unreasonable.

"I ordered a Pegasus brand vanity for a spec home we are building. The box was shipped in pristine condition and when I opened the box, all of the protection was in place and all items were provided. I did not take the vanity out of the box for over a month - home was not ready for installation and I wanted to keep it safe. Upon unpacking everything, my installer found that the marble back splash had been cracked in half and a poor attempt was made to repair it - before they even sent it to me! When I e-mailed my complaint accompanied with a photo, they said there is nothing they can do as I signed for it upon delivery - but I had no way to open the box in front of the delivery guy!! Now, I have a client that wants the same vanity installed in their home and I will be forced to find it from a different reseller. Very bad support!"

"I will never use this company again. Terrible customer service. No answers to phone calls or e-mails. Order status changed to 'shipped' the day AFTER I received item. Timing of shipment was critical to my renovation, which is why I used overnight shipping. No confirmation that it actually shipped, which ruined workers scheduling.
Faucetdirect.com is wonderful. Will use them next time.

"Ordered 2 shower head/bath sets overnight shipping. Estimated shipping time was 24 hours.

I recieved 1 item 2 days later on time however the packaging was quite beat up. It was not shipped in any outside box other than the container that the faucet comes in and it was torn, dented and damaged although contents look intact.

I have contacted them via their ticket system repeatedly to get an update, they have closed my first ticket but have not responded or contacted me despite providing a cell phone number that is always available.

I ordered overnight shipping because I needed it to give a contractor before I leave town and now my project looks to be in jeapordy due to this company.

Very unhappy...

"3/2/11 I ordered a Delta faucet from them on 2/23/11. It was the lowest price I found for that faucet. The faucet arrived within 5 days and in perfect condition. I'm very happy with the service, the price and the ease of the whole transaction. "

"Just took delivery on $2K of fixtures and lighting. Very good price. Web site a little hard to navigate for item dependancies, you may want to use the manufacturer site for reference. Order shipped as advertised within one day, though their online transaction status didn't show until a weekend + a day later. Got a little spooked when I reached an answer machine for customer service, but found the "ticket" mechanism that twice was responded to within hours. Had too return 1 item for manufacturer defects, sent replacement as promised, then trusted me to follow up with return. Again, only complaint was not being notified of shipment. I would use OverstockDeals again."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. i ordered a Kohler toilet for over $350. They charged my credit card, have not shipped the toilet and refuse to answer my emails or phone calls. I am filing a complaint with the FTC and will ride the complaint all the way through to them being fined thousands of dollars for FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY."

"Extremely satisfied by resolution to problem on same day called.

On Monday, July 26, 2010, I ordered a grey Kohler molded wood toilet seat - something that I could not find at a bricks & mortar store.
On Wed I got a ship notice.
On Thur I got the item but was unhappy w/the paint quality.
I called the number from the OverstockDeals website and did not get a person. I called again & quickly got a person. I told them my problem & chose a response by email. I then got 2 emails later that day that told me 1. they were sending a replacement 2. I could discard the item I had received.

Update: The quality of the replacement seat was visibly worst than the 1st.
When I called Kohler - they told me they don't sell seconds, so I wonder if I just had bad luck.
I sent a photo of the missing paint to Kohler & I got a 3rd seat (which was fine, but missing hardware).
