"Oxfam has been highly rated by the Charity Evaluators for the past 20 years that I have been "doing business" with them. They respond quickly to questions and any informational needs that I have had."

If you could ask your engineers to add a feature on the log in page such as "Create an account" that would be an asset to your organization."

Please have your tech people investigate this since you are probably losing contributions because of this failure.
