"I bought 3 different items (4 of one, plus one each of the other two) - but instead of being able to send one letter summarizing all that I had bought, the software creates three such letters for the person who I was honoring by purchasing the items. The system worked much better than last year in terms of letting me purchase 4 of one item; last year the system generated a separate letter for each of the 4.
Nonetheless, I love being able to purchase such items in honor of someone rather than simply sending a donation to Oxfam (which I do at other times of the year). Thank you for being imaginative about this - and for asking for feedback. "
