"The space for wording on the gift card would not open without 6-13 clicks. When I created a password so I could make other gifts, the system would then insist that I was using the wrong password. When I used the password given to me by email, it worked, but then I tried to create my own password and again the system insisted it was the wrong password. You should be able to make more than one gift without going through the whole process over and over again."
