"While I very much like the organization and its worthiness as a charitable institution, the website was broken and did not allow me to process the order that I began. And even after getting on the phone with one of Oxfam's representatives, SHE couldn't complete the order.

I wanted to utilize the site's "Mailed Card" option. And I had several cards to create (and lots of $ to donate). After choosing 11 "gifts," entering 11 Greetings, typing 11 Messages, creating 11 Signatures and populating 11 Addresses, the shopping cart crashed.

It asked me for a password (I didn't create an account), but nor did it provide a field to enter a password. And there was no way to get out of it. I refreshed the page.

ALL of the greetings, messages, signatures and addresses were GONE! No recovery.

VERY frustrating. VERY!

I ended up just downloading the PDFs and adding messages and sending them to the recipients myself.
