"I did not have a good experience on your web site. The boxes were not all responsive--country, state, zilp code. I placed two orders; one was finally okay, but the other was incorrect, and I had to call Oxfam, and then was called back (not leaving a number) when I wasn't home. So I had to find the correct number amont your many web sites to give you the correct address. You really should check out your site from an off-site computer."

"The process was easy to navigate. One thought, you might add a note early in the process to say that your shopping cart can handle a single order that involves shipping to multiple recipients / addresses. I took it on trust that it would but was a bit apprehensive until I reached the end!"

"I had finished my decisions for gifts, filled out all the addresses, etc for messages to be sent but at the final review of my order I discovered that I had misspelled a name. I tried to correct it but could not. Then I tried to "Continue Shopping" only to find that that move erased EVERYTHING. I needed to retype all my entries, addresses, messages, etc etc. There must be a better way to accomplish corrections. Finally, I went to finalize my order and discovered I needed a password. I really couldn't see why. When I entered this required password I was told it was not valid...no clue why, too few letters? needed numbers? needed capitalization? Who knew. I added a few letters and discovered this was what was needed. This is a clunky site and needs to be improveed. "
