"The gift purchasing experience could have been quicker and more efficient, though it was partly my fault for not noticing the small log-in menu item at the very start. After picking my gifts, I was asked to fill in my name and address details twice (once for billing address and 2nd time for mail-to address for a gift card to hand-deliver to someone). Here it would have been helpful to have a check box to indicate the billing and mail-to address are the same. Then it asked for my credit card info, which first was rejected (not sure why, but I think it was because they saved my past credit card info, but with an old expiration date). After struggling with that, at some point I was prompted to log in as a return customer (which I was) and start over. It would have been better if just after picking the gifts and starting to pay, I got a prompt then to login if I'm a returning customer, rather than after all that initial input, which was for nought."
