"They took 7 days to ship out my orders even they said "we ship within 24h".
I had to email them to ask my shipment twice!
But I guess I still like ozbo.. because their price is cheap..
So I give them 3 stars.
Though most their lists are temporary out of stock.That's socks.
If you find items you want and can wait for 7 days to get them this is the place you shop.

"I bought Espoma products. The best part of Ozbo is the low shipping cost, and the delivery was fast. After the first order, I went back to Ozbo again and again. I am planning to place a few more orders.

Their web site may not be good about the quantity in each offer, so you need to do a lot of guessing.

"I ordered a dog toy assortment and only received one toy. When I reported that fact their customer service responded that I was only supposed to get one. How can an assortment be one? They misrepresented the item being sold."

"I liked their selection and flat fee shipping. However, they sent only a portion of the order, and didn't provide any indication that the rest would be coming later (while charging me for the full order). I contacted them, got an apology, and the rest of the shipment arrived. So, I tried them again. Same thing happened. Once, I can believe was an accident, twice is fraud. I won't be using them again. "

"We ordered two cases of John Copes Dried Sweet Corn - something that is difficult to find in grocery stores outside Pennsylvania. This was our first experience ordering on-line and we were very pleased with how easy it was to use Ozbo's website. Everything worked as it should - even the coupon! It was reassuring to get an email response and a printable receipt right after placing the order. Our order arrived in 7 days, much quicker than we expected. "

"Overall it was a pretty good experience. Price was good, delivery was swift. But, 1 item was missing a piece. It was a cat toy made from made from cardboard. Since I am handy I just made the missing piece from a cardboard box I had. I didn't want to spend time waiting on a telephone to complain. So I have no idea how Ozbo would have handled the situation."

"I placed my very first order from Ozbo on February 2nd. I ordered 1 bag of bird food; the site stated that there were three bags left in stock and that it would ship out the next day (24 hours). I spoke to an employee on February 7th and was told that my order would ship out the next day; the website stated that there was only 1 bag left in stock at this point. I spoke to another employee on February 12th; I was told, for the first time, that it was out of stock and would ship the next day. As of February 16th, my order still has not shipped, but my credit card was charged on the 2nd. I have not received any communication regarding the delays in my order. The lack of communications and the "knee jerk" response of "it will ship tomorrow" makes me feel that they really don't care since they have my money (which may only be temporary)."
