"Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ever. I placed my order of three items on Nov 28, 2011 and received an order confirmation the same day. That is the last that I heard from them for weeks. When I called to find out where my order was, a customer service rep informed me that two of my three items had been on back order, but were now available. She then had to manually push the order through for processing.
What would have happened had I not called?
Another week passed, and I received NOTHING. I then emailed ****@**** to follow up, and the next day received a shipment confirmation. When I received the shipment, there were only TWO of my THREE items in the box. The missing item was circled on the packing slip, and "B/O" was handwritten next to it.
I have since emailed the company no less than three times, and posted on their Facebook page trying to get a response from the company. Not only have I received no response (today is Jan 2, 2012) but they removed my Facebook post and BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR PAGE.
If you can find what you are looking for on ANY other website, even at a higher price, I would recommend you buy it there. I am in utter disbelief of the way that I have been treated.

"We had a big order of pet supplies that got broken up five times. Each time they said they shipped everything and we'd get the box and it would only have one item in it. They would never notify us when they broke up the order and we had to call every time to get shipping numbers and they would assure us the next shipment would have everything in it. The last few times they said that they had shipped everything, so it was a hassle to explain to them what was going on every time. It took over a month and we're still waiting on some of our items."

"My experience with Ozbo has been HORRIBLE !!!!! I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. I have been waiting for over a month now for one of my items. Everytime I call they tell me "Oh, yeah it shipped out on such and such date" yet it never arrives, then I call back and get the same lie with a different date. It is ridiculous. This is the only online store I have ever had any problems with. THEY ARE TERRIBLE, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM."

"Ozbo is a great company. Excellent products, prices and srvice.
Unfortunately my last order has not been delivered. I checked my email and it was shipped on 11/23. I ordered tuna flakes for one of my cats who has lost her teeth; it is the only treat she will eat. I'm quite sure the package was sent and somehow the post office failed to deliver.
Well, this order did not have a happy ending. I never did receive the product. I also placed another order about 3 weeks later and after much time and inquiry, learned that the product was discontinued. I feel that I should have been told that Ozbo no longer carried the product. After many emails, I was refunded for the cost of two orders of the discontinued products were placed. (Note: Before placing both orders the items were listed as available on the website.)

"False Advertising!!! Well before Christmas We placed an order with Ozbo.com intended as gifts. According to their website all items were in stock. Wondering about the status of my order 2 weeks later, I checked their order tracker to find the order had still not shipped! My credit card had already been charged.When I called this morning I was informed that they did not have my items in stock after all and would not be getting them in until the week after Christmas. There was NO notification about a problem with our order and according to their website, the items are still in stock."

"Shopping with Ozbo was fun and easy. I do wish that descriptions contained more information, so that when I'm looking at a product that I'm not familiar with, I can compare it with other products. I also wish there were ways to sort search results. But the prices are terrific, customer service was fine, and the product lines are good quality. I am now a repeat customer!"

"It has been great dealing with Ozbo. There had been a delay in the shipping of my order which was somehow lost but Ozbo immediately reordered it for me and I received it quickly. "NEVER use this company. I ordered a gift for my grandfather for Christmas, and I waited 8 days for Express shipping, plus when I got the package, the receipt said the item that I ordered, but inside was a COMPLETELY different item. Since I had to wait so many days for this item and they are only open Mon-Fri, 830-5, I need to wait another 2 days to even find out how they will work this out, and I probably will not get his gift before Christmas. PLEASE, do NOT use this site."
