"I have had a terrible experience with OZBO. Like some others, I wish I had read the reviews on Samantha before I got into this ordeal!
On July 23 I ordered a product that on the site was claimed to be in stock and ships quickly. My order status continued to be "to warehouse" so on Sept.26 I emailed to ask what this meant and Samantha told me the item back on backorder and ask if i would like to cancel or continue waiting. Since I was given no information on when it was due back I asked how long it would be and she told me it would be the following week, so I said I would wait. 3 weeks later, still "to warehouse." So I emailed her back and asked again where my order was. Again, "would you like to cancel?" I asked AGAIN how long it was going to be and I am told next month now! I inform Samantha that the product does still say it is In stock and ships quickly to which she says she will inform IT and have the error fixed on the website. This was on Sept.20, it is now the 28th and the site still claims this product is in stock and ships quickly. On the 23rd I emailed again to tell her it still said this and that I would appreciate her cooperation in getting me in touch with a supervisor or manager as unfortunately I feel that I have gotten no progress through speaking with her. Samantha promptly emails me back to tell me that "per supervisors instructions, your order has been cancelled.." WHAT??? I tell her I absolutely did not ask for my order to be cancelled and ask to talk to this supervisor immediately. Then I decide I should just call the help number right away. Surprise, surprise, Samantha answers the phone. I tell her who I am and ask to talk to this supervisor and she cuts me off to ask for the order number. I give it to her and of course she informs me again the order has been cancelled (Yes, Samantha, I am aware.) I ask her to speak with this supervisor and she tells me he is all of a sudden unavailable and in the warehouse. I tell her I will wait while she goes to get him as by this point I am very tired of getting the run around. She tells me this is not possible and so I leave my name and number. This was on Friday, so yesterday (Tuesday) I wait until close to the end of the day to give them as much time as possible to get back to me. Of course, I hear nothing so I call again. I ask Samantha to just give me this supervisors name and a way to contact him, or even any other supervisor or manager. She tells me he only has a personal cellphone which she can't give out. Seriously??? Obviously, I do not want his personal number. So I ask "No one that works there has any way to be contacted through the company, except for you?" "No." Also, to be noted, the company charges your card for orders before they ship them out. So, I had ordered and PAID for this item and Samantha (oh sorry, the elusive "supervisor" which is never available) takes it upon himself/herself to go ahead and just cancel it. I have 14 emails between me and Samantha about this order, all of which are full of untrue information from her except that she had cancelled my order. Do not trust this company, their business practices are extremely unprofessional. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, nor have I ever heard of not being able to speak with someone else in the company! After reading so many other reviews similar to what I have experienced I have gone so far as to report them to the BBB, and I am looking forward to seeing if I can get any real results this way."

Ozbo's prices for both of these products are significantly lower than elsewhere in the cyberworld as well as the local brick & mortar pet supplies store I frequent; their low shipping rate provides still further incentive to buy from Ozbo. Tracking information provided when the orders were shipped allowed me to find out just how quickly -- and, in both instances, it was quickly -- my package would arrive. Ozbo's courteous service is exemplary, and I couldn't be happier about my shopping experience with them. "

"MISSING ITEMS, BROKEN ITEM, MEDIOCRE PACKAGING
I am very disappointed when I opened my box. It was packed mediocre -- the box was so huge for the items and there was not even a bubble wrap or something that could prevent the items from breaking. The cap of one of the bottles (shampoo) broken so it was spilled on the bottm of box that the other bottles all wet and messy. I am writing Ozbo customer service to return this item bec it is broken.
In addition to the above, some of the items that I ordered were MISSING. I ordered 14 bottles of shampoo and only 11 came. Where is customer service here?"
