"I contacted ozbo.com by phone on August 24, 2011. I spoke with Samantha. I asked to her to check on a products availability (stickers for my school kids). She stated that she had 15 packs in stock. I then went ahead and placed my order on their website. I ordered 15 packs of stickers. I did receive an e-mail regarding my order on the same day. The e-mail directed me to their website where I could track the package. I started visiting their tracking page after about 3 days went by. It's now an entire week later and their tracking page still states that my order is "To Warehouse." Wondering why it was taking so long, I decided to call them and inquire. I again spoke with Samantha who then stated that my stickers were on back-order and not scheduled to arrive at their warehouse for another 11 days. I asked why she told me on the phone initially that they were in stock? She stated that there was an error and asked if I wanted a refund? I said no, I'll wait out the delivery.
I then checked my bank account on-line and saw that ozob.com had charged my account the day after I ordered the stickers. I called her back and asked why my account was charged when my items didn't even ship? She stated that that is there policy. I told her, first off, in over 13 years of making on-line purchases, no one has ever billed me for an on-line purchase until my item(s) shipped. She just stated again that that is how they do business. She kept cutting me off and asking if I wanted to cancel my order. I most certainly do I told her.
I ended my call with her and went back to their website only to find no mention of that policy where they charge you right away. No mention at all. Why don't they post that information on their website? Why didn't I get a notification e-mail that my stickers were on back-order? This company is a nightmare to do business with. Most definitely the worst on-line company there is. Their greed and incompetence is staggering.
UPDATE: It's now been 8 days and I still haven't gotten my refund. I called ozbo.com again yesterday and spoke with Samantha who couldn't care less about my situation and lied to me in the first place. When asked about my refund, all she could say was "...contact your bank, contact your bank, it's out of our hands..." What a liar she is.

"I am soooo glad that I found Ozbo. There were a few products that I wanted to try, but I did not bother. I either could not find them locally, they were too expensive locally for a smaller bag or shipping was more than half the price of the product.

"OZBO basically stole $230 from me. I ordered some horse boots, the size was wrong,so they said, just order another pair and we will credit your account as soon as you send back the boots. I did. They came quickly, but THEY had sent me the wrong boots. I sent both boots back with a FED EX label that they emailed to me. After a month of communicating with them, they basically said, well, returns can't find your boots and since you don't have the tracking number(they issued the return label), you get nothing. NOTHING. I am going to start a, 'Never use OZBO' campaign with all of my internet contacts. This all over a period of 2 months, so I never got my horse his boots for his sore feet."
