"Twice now I've ordered something that they had in stock (according to their website). The first time was about 2 months ago. 10 days later after the item didn't show up I called and was told it was back ordered. I canceled the order and was told that it might take 30 days for a credit. So this week, I called prior to ordering to make sure they had it in stock. They said yes, so I ordered the item. Four days later, the order says sent to warehouse. Each day when I've called they keep telling me that "it will ship tomorrow." Their website says the item is no longer in stock. My guess is that they don't have it and I'll have to beg for my money back."

"MY EXPERIENCE HAS NOT BEEN GOOD. I PLACED MY ORDER AUGUST 16TH AND IT HAS NOT SHIP OUT YET. ONLINE IT ONLY TELLS YOU THAT IT IS IN WAREHOUSE, NO OTHER INFORMATION. I THINK THAT ONE WEEK TO SHIP AN ORDER IS TOO LONG. ALL ITEMS ON ORDER SAID THAT THEY WERE IN-STOCK.THE PRICES ARE VERY GOOD IT'S JUST THE SHIPPING THAT'S BAD. I CALLED OZBO TODAY AND THEY TOLD ME THE ORDER WAS NOT GOING OUT UNTIL TOMORROW. WHICH IS THE SAME THING THEY TOLD ME YESTERDAY. NOT ONLY THAT BUT SAMANTHA WHO TOOK MY CALL WAS VERY RUDE. I CAN'T BELIEVE A COMPANY COULD HAVE EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT WORKING FOR THEM. NOW IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK AND I CANNOT GET A STATUS ON MY ORDER FROM OZBO."
"From my research Ozbo doesn't have very much competition on line in terms of price per product, a one low flat rate for delivery doesn't matter how much you buy, fast and safe delivery. I never had any problems since I started doing business with Ozbo."

"I was extremely impressed with the price of the product I was purchasing and the rate of shipping far surpassed any other sites as well. My only complaint would be the lack of a follow-up email when the product shipped so I could track it. Also when I called to inquire about my order the person on the other end of the phone was less then polite and acted as though I was disrupting her day.
