I check my order status and it still says "to warehouse" for shipment. I tried contacting them via phone & email, no response for more than 24 hours now. Now I'm not sure what the hell is going on with my order. Last resort I will contact my credit card company to block the transaction and get my money back!!"
"So far, not good. I requested a refund under the 30 day 100% satisfaction offer. I received the refund after spending over $16 shipping the container back, but OZBO also charged my account for the same amount on the same day. Thus, so far, I have not received my refund. I am waiting on a reply to my email to Ozbo about this."

"I ordered a recurve bow from Ozbo. Not only did they forget to send me my order for 10 days (the item was in warehouse for these 10 days and I had to email reminding them to send my order to me, at which point they sent it and it actually arrived in a few days), but the item was damaged when it arrived. Part of the bow was sticking outside the package (the box was too small for the bow) when it arrived and got damaged, and the feathers of the arrows that were with it were both torn and damaged beyond use. Customer Service was nice and gave me a partial refund, but the fact that they didn't take care to package the item correctly or send me an undamaged item in the first place frustrates me. I will probably not order from them again."

"Service was great up until the time product was delivered. One of the 12 jars of spaghetti sauce ordered was broken creating a very messy and somewhat dangerous (lots of broken glass) situation. Ozbo gave me credit for the broken jar, but, considering the mess, I would have expected the company to be a little more generous. After all, I had to carefully wash and dry the remaining 11 jars and it was certainly a giant mess."
