"Looking for packs of jobe drip feeders they do my ferns wonders found them on amazon threw ozbo thought if I ordered direct And I might get a better deal well that wasn't the case amazon offers a pack of 5 for 5.21 plus shipping so I went to ozbo as I saiid and found a picture of a box of them witch said 2.40 I got excited they did not say one each or one box I guess from the pic I thought I was get what I seen to my surprise there were only two witch I paid 4.80 for plus 5 dollars shipping I called them about the miss happen and they said there was nothing they could do to help I could only return for refund but had to pay for the shipping back then I would be out 10 dollars and no product when I told them that's fine I'll just write a review warning people of this problem they then proceeded to email me explaining they would refund shipping and purches but not the shipping there wow big help you would think as a first time customer they would try to make you happy so you would return no worries though I'll make this my learning experience and I'll never shop ther again not only that but I most deffinatly won't send business there way such a pity I have so many friend looking for this product"

Emailed them after a week of no contact and they tell me it's BACK-ORDERED, I had to contact them to find out it's back-ordered?!! Then, I get an email the next day saying it's been shipped and a tracking number was included. Another week goes by and no packageM so I check the tracking info and it was a completely different person's order shipped to a whole other state! And if that wasn't bad enough, the customer service agent got loud and rude with me when I clearly explained how poor their service had been.
