"Horrible people to work with. Ordered Intel Whitebook from them. Product would not POST (power on self-test). Sent it back at my cost of $18. Product was sent back to me again, and vendor said there was nothing wrong with the product. I tried to power on the machine with two separate sets of components, and the unit was dead. PCI Micro still has not refunded my money (as of Nov. 17), despite being informed of issue. Their communication is non-existent. AMEX has suspended my payment, but so far has no response from PCI Micro. PCI Micro has also not responded to my complaint filed against them with the BBB."
"Order 2 different items. I paid via Paypal, and Paypal sent the payment immediately after order being placed ($66.76 total). PCImicro emailed me informing that they actually only had one of them (despite the website showed the out-of-stock item was in-stock even after the email) and asking my approval for shipment. I disapproved and canceled the order, but they shipped it anyway. They sent me invoice showing charges for one item but with shipping fee for two items : $30.76 (they did not offer flat rate shipping fee for this order). Even though the invoice said the charge was $30.76, but they did not refund the rest of the payment. I rejected/returned the shipment, and they gave me partial refund ($55.00). What did they take my $11.76 for ? I had to dispute my credit card to get the rest of my money since disputing via Paypal did not give me any solution (fortunately I used credit card for Paypal payment).
I'll never deal with this seller again....

"Just ordered again today - third time. I get what I ordered, when they say I get it, and all of it has worked. As I said - I just ordered again...."
"Ordered a LiteOn SHW16P6S and they sent a LiteOn LH18A1P instead!!
I have been trying for the last 5 months + to either get them to replace the burner with the correct one or give me an RMA with full refund-
I have sent them six emails of which they have responded to one - which said that they substituted the one unit for the other - which I told them all along - bottom line - STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - unless you don't want any semblance of customer service-eh!!"
"Ordered and IDE to USB 2.0 adapter. I did not receive what was pictured on the website or on the box. There was no way to confirm this was a USB 2.0 device and not a USB 1.1 device. I emailed customer service on 04-14-2006 and customer support on 04-16-2006 regarding this order. As of today, 04-23-2006, I have yet to get a response."
"Update: For my most recent order with PCI Micro, I ordered a Microsoft Optical Mouse and a 25 ft. patch cable. I received both promptly and was pleased with the overall experience. Again, they ship with the USPS, so I could not track my order. However, great overall experience.
Older Order: Very good prices. Fast shipping. For me, EXCELLENT customer service (answered all of emails, each of which were different topics). However, I did have problems, but they may or may not be related to company itself: 1) Keep in mind that ship some products either in value pack (product only) and retail box (original product box); 2) My credit card could not be verified by my bank, so order was delayed (this has never happened before but wasn't necessarily their fault); and 3) Shipped with USPS, so not very good tracking available and packaging questionable (I ordered with value pack). Besides these problems, which didn't affect their score much, overall great company!"
" We have done a fair amount of business with PCI MICRO in the past 2 years. Lately, the shipping and customer service has slipped drastically. Our last order 3 out of 4 power supplies were damaged due to absolutely no packing. Efforts to contact PCI Micro, including an RMA request went unanswered. We cannot afford to do business this way, so we will no longer do business with PCI Micro. I would recommend others to seriously think about this before they order from that company."
"I ordered a monitor from PCIMicro. The next day I recieved a call from a CSR, stating that thier website had a problem, and the price was incorrect and it was several hundred dollars more. Now normally I wouldnt have a problem with this, but the funds had already been removed from my account. I was told that they would give me a $20 store credit. I stated that I had to check on some things and to call me back after January 2nd. I recieved no call or email from them. After discovering they had removed the funds from my bank account, thereby entering into a legally binding contract, I had decided that they owed me the monitor. I contacted PCIMicro via email, and recieved a very snotty email, stating they gave me a $20 store credit and basicly I should be happy. After sending several emails I have sent and recieved no response, I will be going forward with legal action. I will no longer do business with this company. "
"I bought a power supply as a spare for my home computer and received it on time, but here is where the trouble starts. The post office would not deliver unless I paid an extra $4.20 because there was not enough postage. PCI Micro had tried to save a few bucks by stuffing a power supply into a flat rate envelope, something that does not conform to postal regulations at all. It also didn't fit and the envelope was half open. I don't care about the $4, so I paid, but I did care about the principle. So I called PCI Micro and spoke to a guy called Ken. This person then proceeded to explain in barely understandable english that they do this all the time and that it is "legal". I tried to explain that all he had to do was go to USPS's website and read the regulations, but he wouldn't hear of it, he was right and the post office was wrong. I couldn't believe he would argue with a customer, risking to lose that customer plus getting a lot of bad publicity, all for a lousy $4! But it gets better. He finally offered me store credit of $4. I didn't believe it for a second but decided to put him to the test, so half an hour later I called and said I wanted to buy a computer fan. Ok, he said, just buy it and we'll apply the credit. When I bought it and then asked to be refunded the $4 store credit, he almost had a seizure. "What? You are only buying something that costs $4.50?", "Sorry", he said, "I can't give you the $4 credit". I think this says it all: the perfect example of how not to run a business. These people are stupid crooks who will lie and cheat to get a few extra bucks out of you. "
"Advertised Microsoft
Optical mouse (beige) for an awesome price. After I ordered they called me and said only the black are available and at a higher price.I think they call that bait and switch. The least you can do is offer the item at the same price. Not my fault you can't deliver what you advertise.Won't buy from them again."
"I ordered this after the shipping cut off time. The USB card was shipped the next business day. I got it three days later. Great contact, updates and tracking via email. Very satisfied."
"Ordered a UV light for my case. Item was shipped via USPS for free. It took 6 days to arrive and the item was placed in a postal bag with no insulation for shipping. Fortunately, no damage was done to the light and everything worked out okay."
"ordered 2 video cards on july 3rd, its been 2 weeks and i still havent received them. emailed pcimicro a few times to inquire about order and was told i need to contact the shipping company. shipping tracking page informed that no order was sent for shipping and yet pcimicro charged my credit card.
horrible support who only gave robotic responses, and made you feel like they have no ownership of the order. i will never order from pcimicro again so let this be a warning to others. next step is for me to have my bank reverse the charges on my credit card."
"I have purchased from PCI before they have some great prices and no freight on slect items. I buy power supplies 19.00 for a 500watt dual fan. They work fine and no they don't burn out in two months. Shipping was fast and no damage. I'll but from them again."
"Decent prices... Cheap/fast shipping (atleast for what i ordered)... "
