"Video card arrived in good shape via USPS, but unfortunately was AGP slot type, and I only have PCI. So I try to do an RMA, and they tell me they'll have to charge a 15% restocking fee PLUS shipping! And that's on top of the cost I will incur shipping it back to them. Apparently the free shipping I received when I bought the card is cancelled out if you have to return anything. What garbage!! I know others have had good experiences when not having to return anything, but as far as customer service goes, this is not the place to order from if you ever have to return anything! As for me, I'm going back to newegg.com which is where I probably should've went in the first place..."

"alrite i have a change in review. i got a defective PSU (DOA). i tried asking them what happen but got no reply. sent to staples for a check and found the PSU is not working. sent an email for RMA and was told to fill up a form. i sent it in on friday night. got the RMA number on tuesday evening and about 4pm. yes it less than 48 hours. considering sunday and saturday was a holiday. but in between that, i did not get and update like "ur form have been receive etc." maybe 48 hours is fine to someone. but not to me.
however, their product is somehow cheap. shipping was fine with me. not great but not bad. maybe i had a bad day. DOA item does happen. cant tell whos fault it was. just a bad communication."

"Ordered two 20GB OEM Maxtor HDD's, I thought. Got 2 BSE something or others. BIOS detected one as 20 GB, the other as 14 GB. Emailed PCIMicro. They replied asking "What is the problem? Is the 20GB a 14GB?" I replied that was the problem. No further response for 3 days. I emailed them including the previous email and asked for any info on what I should do. They advised I download the RMA form from their website, etc. After finding and reviewing the form, I decided 6 more GB's just wasn't worth it to me or their RMA folks. I advised them of this, and that any coupon for further purchases would be appreciated. No response. Then I got off on some other projects. When I returned to my 14 GB drive, it partitioned okay but 3% into formatting I got "trying to recover lost allocation unit." Uh oh. Soon the drive would not respond at all. I dug out my my invoice and checked the warranty. THIRTY DAYS? Missed it by two days. Advised PCIMicro of same. No response. My fault for not RMA'ing? Yep, probably so. Am I still out $41 for a HDD that never worked. Yep, guess I am. Will I buy from these folks, again? Nope, probably not. "
